Ian was a former video game addict, gaming 12-14 hours a day before he quit games and founded Selfctrl, a non-profit focused on helping people build self-control and redeem their time from technology. His teaching has been vetted by multiple addiction specialists and marriage & family therapists. He lives in Northwest Arkansas with his wife and 2 children.
