about selfctrl
selfctrl’s founder, Ian, grew up playing video games. In college, playing video games turned into an addiction and had many negative effects on his life. Years later, having quit video games entirely, selfctrl was born to help others find freedom from video game addiction and build self-control around their technology consumption.
